Our structures are built using galvanized steel square tubing, which offers excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, ensuring long-term reliability even in harsh weather conditions.
We offer two tubing thickness options, also known as gauge:
12-Gauge Steel Tubing (Strongest)
Measures approximately 0.108 inches thick.
Ideal for areas with heavy snow loads, high wind zones, or customers who want maximum strength. It offers superior resistance and is recommended for commercial use or taller, larger buildings.
14-Gauge Steel Tubing (Standard)
Measures approximately 0.083 inches thick.
Perfect for most residential and light commercial applications. It’s cost-effective, durable, and commonly used in carports, garages, and workshops.
The lower the gauge number, the thicker—and stronger—the steel.
Our roof and wall panels are also made from galvanized steel and are available in two gauges:
26-Gauge Panels (Heavy-Duty)
Thicker and more rigid, offering better protection against dents, hail, and heavy weather. Often used for commercial buildings and customers who want upgraded durability.
29-Gauge Panels (Standard)
Slightly thinner and more flexible, but still highly durable for most residential applications. Lightweight and cost-effective.
Both panel options are coated with a protective finish to prevent chipping, peeling, fading, or cracking over time.
To help with energy efficiency and comfort, we offer several insulation options for your building:
Double Bubble Foil Insulation
Reflective insulation that helps regulate temperature by blocking radiant heat. Commonly used under roof panels and is a cost-effective solution.
Fiberglass Insulation (R-Value Rated)
Available in rolls, this insulation is great for keeping the building cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Ideal for garages, workshops, or storage with temperature-sensitive contents.
Spray Foam (if installed by customer)
While we don’t offer it directly, some customers choose to insulate their buildings with spray foam for maximum air sealing and R-value.
We stand by the materials we use with warranties that offer peace of mind:
Rust Warranty: Protection against rust-through on galvanized components.
Workmanship Warranty: Covers issues related to fabrication or assembly.
Paint Warranty: Guards against fading, chipping, or peeling.
Whether you're buying a garage, workshop, carport, or commercial structure, rest assured: our buildings are engineered with precision and made to last.
